Exporting your Address Book from the Old Mail Server into the New Mail Server

Step 1:

     Click Addresses

Step 2:

     Click Export CSV File

Step 3:

      Click Save

Step 4:

     Click Save (Remember where you are saving the file)

Importing Your Address Book into the new ISOT Mail Server

Step 1:

Click on Address Book

Step 2:

Click Import Contacts

Step 3:

     Click Browse

Step 4:

     Select the file you saved your exported Address Book as and click Open

Step 5:

     Click Import

Step 6:

     Select the fields you want to Import and click Import to Addressbook
